Hi! I’m Gina and I currently live in Maple Grove. 

I have always loved learning about different cultures and far off places but have spent most of my life caring for others as a mother and through work in the health care and social service industries. Thich Nhat Hanh is quoted as saying “No mud, no lotus” meaning that the flower is not possible without the mud. Like life experience, we must experience some “mud” to find ourselves. Some of us more than others. Personally, I have spent a lot of time in the mud and am now embracing my “lotus”. 

My first Sound Bath was in late fall of 2020 while I was participating in a yoga teacher training. I absolutely fell in love with it and found it to be very calming. Over the past several years as I’ve attended sound baths, I have felt more drawn to them and recently completed a certification course so that I could share sound healing with others. 

I enjoy traveling, reading, spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors hiking and trail running, practicing yoga and being by the ocean.  And most importantly, I love all creatures, especially dogs!
